Apparently takes two council workers to water the lawn

Now i like to stay abreast of the council as you all know buy yesterday i went past this scenario in goodna at the old gym what u can see is the two chairs they had been sitting on to water the lawn

Now we keep asking from council money to fix this or supply this perhaps if this is there std we Now can see why there is no money, I dint know but have ur take on it
