Council strikes again

Ok so you guys be the judge

Today we picked up some furniture from the community that needed to go to the tip. Sometimes we get asked for us to help and as a community charity we do and time after time we get billed as commercial and they charge us over $120 no matter how many times we ring them and explain the situation , now don't get me wrong we are fine to pay the tip fee just not to that extent

So today I rang the council and complained to council today and they lodged a complaint we would have spent over $4000this year in tip fees and that's community money

I guess I can't understand how these issues arise time after time, and why the waste unit dies not make excemptions if u are a charity not take away the fee but the rip off extra how do they justify the extra $ 90 or so dollars
